- Appraised at CMMI Maturity Level 3 in both DEV and SVC. Quality management certified to ISO 9001:2015.
- Security
- Information security management certified to ISO 27001:2022. Applications operated at FISMA High, working directly with agency ISSOs.
- Service
- IT service management certified to ISO 20000-1:2018 — incident, change, and problem management measured against agreed service levels.
- Accessibility
- Delivery staff hold DHS Trusted Tester certification for Section 508 conformance.
- Delivery cadence
- Sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, demos, and retrospectives in Azure DevOps, with requirements traced from epic to story.
